Spicy Pumpkinseed-Miso Dressing
Makes 2 1/2 cups1/2 cup Raw Apple Cider Vinegar (*unpasturized)
1/2 cup Filtered Water
1 cup Garlic-Flax Oil
2 Tbsp Pumpkinseed Butter
1 Tbsp "Genmai" Brown Rice Miso (*naturally fermented)
- Place all ingredients in a blender and puree until creamy.
- Serve over your favourite wild greens.
- Alternatively, this dressing can be used as a dip or dressing to enliven wraps, sushi, sandwiches or nut loafs!
